The betting firm appoints an economist
Konstantinos Louropoulos has taken over the role of a president and chief executive of Greek OPAP, replacing Ioannis Spanoudakis who did the job until recently.
According to an anonymous Government official, Louropoulos' main focus will be the sale of the state-controlled betting company and the process is expected to begin in early autumn.
