Rebranding and acquisitions consolidation takes place
News came this week of an appointment of Bet Smart Media Inc by UK bookmaker William Hill's newly-formed U.S. subsidiary to provide its services to the US website that unifies and rebrands its three American companies: American Wagering Inc., Brandywine Bookmaking LLC and the Club Cal Neva Satellite Race and Sportsbook Division.
The appointment comes as part of the company's plan to its U.S. acquisitions to form a financially viable business, following its Nevada license approval.
The new website introduces a multitude of features - from Find-A-Book app that allows users to find a new William Hill location closest to them, to those that allow users to see live scores and sign up online to access the William Hill mobile betting app.
