Kris Humphries Signs 2 Year Deal with Brooklyn Nets


Divorce from reality TV star, Kim Kardashian suits Kris Humphries as he signs a new 2 year deal with the Brooklyn Nets.

During the last season with the Nets, Humphries averaged 13.8 points and 11.0 rebounds. Humphries stands to earn a cool $24 million with this deal and will become a players in the new-look group in Brooklyn along with guards Deron Williams and Joe Johnson, center Brook Lopez, and forward Gerald Wallace.

''Kris has been a very consistent player for us over the past two years,'' Nets general manager Billy King said. ''He has developed into one of the top rebounding forwards in the league, and we are very pleased to welcome him back.''

Also signed to the team is Jerry Stackhouse in a $1.4 million 1 year deal and forward Mirza Teletovic in a $9.8 million 3 year deal. Forward Reggie Evans was also acquired and backup point guard C.J. Watson has also signed on.

Another press conference will be held on Wednesday regarding the Lopez's signing which took place last week.
