Gambling chiefs to give a piece of their mind News came on July 10 that representatives of Delaware's gambling industry are gathering in Dover in order to discuss the new state law authorizing online betting and more venues for sports wagering and other gambling. It has been reported that the meeting of the state Video Lottery Advisory Council will be held at Dover Downs, where the gambling chiefs will discuss the new law, which allows online slots and table games, along with bets on keno and NFL football at venues outside Delaware's three land casinos.
