Update: New Premier League Partner for WorldLink
Newcastle United FC enters new partnership After Sunderland AFC, another Premier League football club inked heads of terms with WorldLink – this time it's Newcastle United FC, which has in WorldLink found a new official betting and gaming partner for the start of the 2012/13 Premier League season. Before WorldLink, this position belonged to 12bet, and the transfer of the role will be conducted on August 6, 2012. Based on the deal, Worldlink will provide dedicated online and mobile applications through its partnership with Bet Butler. Also, the company specified that, just like in case of the Sunderland deal, there are certain financial commitments which need to be met by the company, adding that it plans to provide financing from ongoing discussions with a range of partners. In regard to the deal, Newcastle United's managing director Derek Llambias said: “I am delighted to welcome Worldlink as one of our key partners. Newcastle strive to work with blue chip companies across all commercial sectors and we see Worldlink as a key long term partner to bring enhanced betting services to our fans.”
