Fortuna Names Chairman of Management Board

Former vice-chairman has become head of the Board Fortuna Entertainment Group has named Wilf Walsh as chairman of the management board replacing Jiří Bunda who resigned from the position last year. Walsh became responsible for corporate strategy in 2009 and helped Fortuna obtain its listings on the Prague and Warsaw stock exchanges in 2010.Wilf also serves as a non-executive director of Gala Coral. "Wilf guarantees continuity and a further positive development of Fortuna. I am convinced that the company will benefit from his greater involvement in day-to-day business of Fortuna and his broad experiences with different European markets," said Jozef Janov, Chairman of the FEG Supervisory Board The former vice-chairman will step into his new role immediately.
