JAXX SE to become myBet Holding SE
An announcement arrived this week that, having in mind the strong growth in consolidated revenue for its 2011 fiscal year of the company's myBet brand, JAXX SE has decided to rebrand to myBet Holding SE.
The company also stated that it will boost its focus on sports betting, casino and poker products under the new myBet Holding SE brand, dependent on the passing of a resolution in an upcoming Ordinary Shareholders Meeting, while the rights to the JAXX brand will be put up for sale.
