This time it's the group CEO
After a profit warning on the group's second half financial year ending 31 March 2012, WorldSpreads saw its chief financial officer Niall O'Kelly leave first, with the CEO and major shareholder Conor Foley closely following O'Kelly.
Foley departed from the company with immediate effect, stressing that the reason is the pursuit of other interests.
At the moment, the Group is trying to secure the services of former WorldSpreads Ltd chief executive Roger Hynes, who is still a director with the firm. In addition, non executive chairman of WorldSpreads and WorldSpreads Ltd, Lindsay McNeile, has become executive chairman of both companies, whereas Dominic Bacon, general counsel and group head of compliance, has been appointed to the WorldSpreads board.
