PERFORM to Launch Goal's Asian Editions
Dedicated language version of the site now for Singapore and Malaysia football fans Football website Goal, owned by digital sports media company PERFORM, will be soon see the launch of its Singapore and Malaysian editions. Perform has appointed iHub Media subsidiary Interactive Hub for advertising sales for all its sports media across key territories in Asia. Interactive Hub's representation of the company sports video network ePlayer, and other sports sites in PERFORM portfolio, are the subject of the deal. Singapore and Malaysia editions of Goal will feature in-depth coverage of local and international football news from around the globe accompanied by a Goal mobile application available across all major mobile operating platforms. As PERFORM announced, Goal in Asia has over seven and half million monthly unique users and 99 million page views, and joins its other Asian editions for Indonesia, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and China. PERFORM Asia managing director, Tim Holland, commented: "As football is one of the most popular sports in Singapore and Malaysia, we believe that there will be a huge demand for a localized edition in these two countries. We're also excited to announce our partnership with Interactive Hub. They have a good grasp of the Asian market with great contacts and we look forward to them attracting some leading brands to the Goal site."
