Unibet's Kambi in pool betting deal with Asian-facing group
A new deal has emerged in the industry this week, when Unibet's online pool betting subsidiary Kambi Sports Solutions closed a two year deal with the AsianLogic Group, which it will supply with its Supertoto and Superscore services.
AsianLogic operates in the Asian Pacific market, and it is licensed in the Philippines through CEZA. According to online gaming director at AsianLogic-controlled Dafabet, Dimitris Karatzas, "Sports betting is a key area for AsianLogic. By introducing Kambi's Pool Betting to our existing fixed odds offering, we will be able to provide our customers with a complete Sports Betting experience by giving our customers a chance to win big on small stakes.”
On the other hand, Kristian Nylén, CEO of Kambi Sports Solutions stated: “Providing our pool betting products to AsianLogic is an important milestone in Kambi´s history. With AsianLogic, the Kambi network expands into the Asian market, giving players the benefit of the combined liquidity of two of the most attractive gaming markets - Asia and Europe."
A subsidiary of Unibet established at the beginning of 2011, Kambi offers Supertoto and Superscore pool betting products, where customers of online bookmakers such as Unibet, Paf, Expekt, Nordicbet and Interwetten create joint pools and thus maximize liquidity.
