Update: Oklahoma Bookie Pleads Guilty and Gets Four Years of Prison

Sentence results from agreement on cooperation with prosecutors

This week an Oklahoma County District Court sentenced David Roy Tune (62), accused of running an online sports betting website in June this year, to four years in prison and six years probation after his release.

The sentence represents a result of a plea bargain, in which Tune pleaded guilty to 20 counts of violating anti-gambling laws and one count of conspiracy, and agreed to cooperate with prosecutors.
