PMU Appoints New Customer Service Director

New position for former Canal+ customer relationship specialist A new staff member is to join Pari-Mutuel Urbain (PMU) on the position of Customer Services Director, it was announced this week. The new position will be occupied by Chloé Beauvallet, who will be in charge of increasing PMU's focus on customers and customer-related issues. Prior to this, Beauvallet worked at French broadcaster CANAL+, where she had been employed since 2000. According to Michael Oddos, Head of Commercial Networks, PMU, “The appointment of Chloé Beauvallet at PMU and the creation of the customer service directors position testifies to PMU's strong willingness to place the customer at the heart of its concerns, in order to offer them the best possible service.”
