Paul Bittar gets the job A report arrived this week that Chief Strategy Officer at Racing Victoria Paul Bittar (41) is to take up new responsibilities in the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), the governing and regulatory authority for British Racing, where he is to replace Chris Brand on the position of Chief Executive. Brand occupied the position only temporarily, after former CEO Nic Coward left the authority in March 2011.
