AFNOR grants its approval
The latest events at the former-French gambling monopoly Pari Mutuel Urbain (PMU) involve a certification it has received from Association française de Normalisation (AFNOR), a French national organization and its International Organization for standardization member body.
PMU was granted the NF Service - Customer Relation Centre certification for its horserace betting call center, based on four core competency areas: standardization, certification, industry press, and training.
A company spokesperson stated that PMU call center had immense traffic turnover throughout the past year, and that the certification is the first one awarded by AFNOR to an operator in this market.
