Betfred Presents New App

In partnership with Fantasy iTeam The latest news from the UK Bookmaker Betfred report of a 12-month partnership deal the company has closed with Fantasy iTeam for the development of a new fantasy football manager app. The game is created for the English Premier League, and it is available for download at the Apple app store. In it, players can compete against each other, former players and celebrities. For their benefit, the app features live scoring, head to head challenges, integrated betting through Betfred, social networking and prize competitions. According to Betfred's Head of Media, Mark Pearson, "The beauty of this new app is that you can manage your team anywhere now and you can also have a little punt on the football. We are also incorporating social media to encourage banter which is what football is all about." On the other side, Fantasy iTeam Founder and Director Adam Patten commented: "The Fantasy iTeam app was developed solely with the mobile user in mind, so we are delighted to partner with Betfred who are focusing heavily on development of new smartphone customers." In related news, it has been announced that Betfred will sponsor two races on Ladies Day held at Glorious Goodwood. On this occasion, Betfred chairman and co-founder Fred Done stated: “I'm delighted to be sponsoring two races at Glorious Goodwood and I hope this will be the beginning of a new relationship with the Sussex track.
