A new marketing strategy developed by Ladbrokes hopes to bolster a slump in their first half. A televised advertising campaign will launch this weekend in the UK on Sky TV with the prominent Italian football authority Tiziano Crudeli. Crudeli is a commentator who propelled to stardom on Italian TV for his famous “gooooooal” jubilation calls. The wild and zany Crudeli personality promises to give pizazz to Ladbrokes online and land gambling group. The Italian flavor of his persona will capture the attention of a wide audience. Chief Executive Richard Glynn of Ladbrokes added “He is passionate about sport and will help convey the fun and excitement of betting.”
