Application developed by Zukido
An announcement arrived this week from sports the original pioneers of in-play betting, betting giant Stan James, which reported that it has introduced a novelty in shape of media streaming. The application developed by Zukido gives Stan James punters the ability to watch and bet on major sporting events including Grand Slam Tennis, Serie A Football, and International Cricket.
According to the company spokesman, “Live streaming is the ultimate contextual sports betting stimulus, and is the focus of the in-play product, allowing punters to view the live streams in three different modes.” These include a mini-player, a full size cinema view, and a popup, along with real time scores and stats, as well as live betting on hundreds of betting markets.
In addition, it has been specified that the new product features five languages and over 20 sports, as well as specialist scoreboards for 6 major sports – Football, Tennis, Basketball, Cricket, Snooker, and Darts.
"The new in-play product brings media to its core in a way no other bookmaker product does," said David Sargeant, commercial director at Zukido.
On the other side, Stan James CEO Denis Kelly commented: "Zukido falls perfectly in line with the best in-play gambling experience that we seek to offer our players. Married to the Perform Live Streaming, the Zukido in-play platform is entirely complimentary to the service."
