Ad focuses on mobile betting
Based on the latest reports from the UK bookmaker Betfred, the company is launching a new TV Ad on Sky Sports 1 that will promote its mobile betting service. The ad was once again produced by Manchester design and post-production company Editz.
According to Editz Creative Director Rob Pickard, "We came up with the concept of using a point of view style to show that you can have a bet absolutely anywhere, whatever you are doing. To create the effect we used a 5D camera mounted on a helmet. It was a pleasure to work with Betfred again and I insisted that their boss Fred Done appeared in the advert."
On the other side, Betfred Managing Director John Haddock, commented: "Our mobile product is a fantastic innovation for our punters and I am absolutely delighted with the advert. You can put on your football and horse-racing bets but the best innovation is betting in play. You can now have a punt while watching the match in the pub or actually at the game. And as always it's Betfred's competitive prices."
