Company to release Sportsbook Software AG
It was announced that the Interwetten Group is introducing novelties into its operations by opening a business to business (B2B) division - Sportsbook Software AG will encompass the company's sports betting software along with other services. However, this restructuring move will not affect the platform users. B2B consumers can now use the services of the Interwetten Group, and the sports betting software will be available as a white label service to business users.
Another new development in the online entertainment group is the appointment of Former CFO Rita Landauer (35) to the position of sole CEO of Sportsbook Software AG and Interwetten. Ms. Landauer has held a management position at Interwetten since 2006, while beforehand she occupied senior offices at Ankerbrot AG and Denzel AG.
However, the personnel changes do not end there, as the company founder Wolfgang Fabian decided to step down and let the new CEO take over.
“Over the last 12 months we have worked together to create the structure for this step and prepare the systematic handover. I firmly believe that the company is well-positioned and ideally equipped for many further years of success under the leadership of Ms. Landauer. I wish her all the best in her new role,” explained Wolfgang Fabian.
