Back Premier League: Now or never for the title, says Claudio Ranieri

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri says it is "now or never" for his team to win the Premier League title. The Foxes have played an unbelievable season so far and they are five points clear of second-placed Tottenham at the top of the Premier League table with just four games left in the campaign. They have already secured their qualification for next season's Champions League, but they are now fully focused on winning the title.

"It is this year or never more," Ranieri said in an interview with BBC Sport. "We achieved the Champions League - a great achievement for everyone but now we try to win the title with all our strength, all our heart, our soul, everything. We need eight points and we are champions, and we try to do this. I said to my players that now is the right moment to push." The Italian manager has always tried to play down the talk about Leicester winning the title, now it's the first time he admits his team could pull it off.

Tottenham have surely put pressure on Leicester in recent weeks after a 3-0 win over Manchester United and a 4-0 triumph over Stoke on Monday. The Foxes dropped two points last weekend as they were held to a 2-2 draw by West ham, a tense match in which Jamie Vardy got sent off. Ranieri insists they are not feeling that pressure: "When I managed in Italy, you can't believe the kind of pressure you have there. It's not pressure here. I enjoy here." Ranieri added: "It's not a miracle. It is a strange moment. This is something in special circumstances and that is why I say 'now or never more', because next season will be different. The big teams will be stronger and better but of course we are doing something special this season."

The Foxes are currently 4/9 at Bet365 to secure the Premier League title this season.
