Denmark will be trying to overturn a 2-1 deficit with the help of their home fans when they take on Sweden in the second leg of their Euro 2016 playoff on Tuesday. The two neighboring nations will clash at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen with a ticket for Euro 2016 at stake. The two teams have met 103 times before, with Sweden taking 45 wins and Denmark tasting success on 40 occasions. Sweden have beaten Denmark three times in European Championship qualifiers.
Denmark, surprise winners of the European Championships in 1992, have no other choice than to win on Tuesday, otherwise they will watch Euro 2016 on TV. Emil Forsberg and Zlatan Ibrahimovic put Sweden 2-0 ahead on Friday in the first leg but Nicolai Jorgensen scored a crucial late goal for Denmark. Denmark finished behind Portugal and Albania in Group I, after having won just two of their five home games. They have beaten Sweden twice during the World Cup 2010 qualifiers. Pione Sisto will be unavailable through injury, along with Leon Andreasen.
Sweden were justly disappointed by the late goal they conceded in the first leg after having dominated most of the game. 2-0 lead that they had built up. They could even have increased the 2-0 lead that they held at some point but goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel pulled off a string of good saves to deny them. The Swedes are coming from three consecutive victories, while Denmark have lost all their last three fixtures. Mikael Antonsson picked up an injury in the first leg and will be unavailable, but Kim Kallstrom and Oscar Lewicki should be fit.
Probable line-ups:
Denmark: Schmeichel - Durmisi, Agger, Kjaer, Jacobsen - Kvist - Fischer, Eriksen, Jorgensen, Braithwaite - Bendtner
Sweden: Isaksson - Olsson, Milosevic, Granqvist, Lustig - Forsberg, Kallstrom, Lewicki, Durmaz - Berg, Ibrahimovic
My prediction: Sweden to win 2-1.
Here are the odds for the match at Bet365:
Denmark win - 2.15 Draw - 3.50 Sweden win - 3.60

It was an interesting match for sure. Zlatan Ibrahimovic makes it be easy after he score the second goal. Denmark was back in the game when they scored for 2-2 but it was too late to change something. So, we will see Sweden at EURO2016. I can wait to see the groups.

This was very interesting match, between countries that are big rivals. It adds extra passion to all the players.Honestly ,I expected it to be tough, but expected Sweden to pass this test.Biggest difference between this teams is definitely Zlatan Ibrahimovic.Denmark has no player anywhere near his quality.

I don't like Ibrahimovic as a person as a player and anyhow but I have to admit that he was the difference between those two sides in the end. He scored twice which gave the lead to Sweden and Denmark respond with two late goals in the end of the game, second was in the stoppage time but that was too little too late really...

Eventho those two nations seem calm and kind up there in north, rivality between them is actually huge. Just few days ago Denmark fans forgot all about being polite and now it's up on Sweeds to return them that favour. As far as match goes, Sweden was dominating first 60 minutes of game one, but then suddenly, without any reason, they fallen apart. Denmark scored a goal and that gives them real chances to qualify for Euro Cup. I would prefer to see Sweden next summer playing in France, just because of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. My predictions: - Result: 1:1 with Denmark leading; - Man of the match: Sebastian Larsson

In my opinion this is the last chance for Zlatan to participate in a big football event. This is why I think he will score a goal (of course a fanatstic one) and Sweden will qualify to the final tournament. I hope this match will be an interesting one and everybody will remember for Lord Bendtner vs Ibrahimovic part II....

Awaits an extremely tough match, Dancing achieved an away goal and win 1: 0 passes on. I expect to be captain Agger lead in the final battle. They have the advantage of their fans and Denmark give a slight advantage. The greatest danger for them is Ibrahimovic. if someone can decide the game it is Zlatan
