FIFA subsidiary Early Warning System GmbH (EWS) has partnered with digital sports content provider PERFORM to improve the integrity of football events.
PERFORM's “Opta” product will be integrated into EWS' integrity monitoring system to enhance the process of identifying and handling suspicious activity.
"This cooperation with a leading sports data service provider is a perfect fit for our monitoring approach to ensure an effective and fact-based match analysis,” said Ralf Mutschke, director of security for FIFA.
“Perform is a very strong partner in the global fight against match manipulation, and such cooperation represents a fundamental keystone of our overall strategy.”

FIFA is one of the stronghest organisations in all world.Last scandals shocked the world ,but FIFA still remains big advantage of football compared to other sports.Deals like this makes FIFA profit,and it helps about improving football in all part of the world.Perform is big brand so it is normal to see deals like this.

Every partnership that will help FIFA in fighting effectively against match manipulation will be good decision for the sport and FiFA itself because their image is really low lately after the latest scandals that were spread worldwide by the media. We'll see if the partnership with PERFORM will help in that but at least...
