Belgium's gambling authority, the Kansspelcommissie, has announced restrictions on virtual sports services in the Belgian market.
Virtual sports operators must obtain a Belgian gaming license and are subject to limitations on the broadcast of events with a maximum of no more than 30 hours per month.
Operators must submit a broadcast time list, which includes sales, revenue and profit information to the Kansspelcommissie.
The new regulations go into effect as of September 1, 2015.

Obviously the Belgium's gambling authority is determined to take measures against virtual sports operators who dealing at the local market and nothing wrong with that I think. There's have to be clear rules which have to be followed by all operators and hopefully this will make the market more competitive and safe.
