New Rules for Belgian Virtual Sports Operators
Belgium's gambling authority, the Kansspelcommissie, has announced restrictions on virtual sports services in the Belgian market. Virtual sports operators must obtain a Belgian gaming license and are subject to limitations on the broadcast of events with a maximum of no more than 30 hours per month. Operators must submit a broadcast time list, which includes sales, revenue and profit information to the Kansspelcommissie. The new regulations go into effect as of September 1, 2015.
