Sergio Ramos would only leave Real Madrid to join Manchester United, according former Blancos president Ramon Calderon. Man United have made an offer for Ramos, believing that the defender wants to leave his current club. Calderon backs that belief, saying that the 29-year-old international is looking to move.
"I know Sergio has told the general manager to listen to offers they get from Manchester United," said Calderon, who was the president of the club from 2006 to 2009. "He only wants to go to United." The player could use the situation to negotiate a better deal for himself at Real Madrid, but Calderon says Ramos is genuinely discontent at the Spanish club.
"Things are in a very bad situation," Calderon said. "As time has gone on, things have not only not improved, they have got worse. Now it is not a question of money. It is a lack of affection the player is feeling from Real Madrid." Manchester United are also rumoured to be chasing 30-year-old Bayern Munich midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger and Tottenham's England striker Harry Kane, aged 21. The Red Devils have already spent 31 million pounds to sign forward Memphis Depay, aged 21, from PSV Eindhoven.
Manchester United are 5/1 at Bet365 to win the Premier League next season.

Ronaldo is most probably the new captain of Real Madrid, and on that way they showed disrespect for Ramos which is player with most played matches in this team of Real Madrid. There is big problem in their locker room and I don't believe that Ramos is happy with current situation in Real

I agree with Johnajax. They will be out of their minds if they sold out Ramos. Sergio Ramos is one of the best defender in the world and they won't be able to find decent replace for him. Also, he will need some time to adapts to Premier league. If Manchester success to complete this transfer that will be an amazing job...

I think that Sergio Ramos won't leave Real Madrid. Ramos is great player and people from Real will do anything to keep him in Madrid few years more. He also have more chances for trophies if he stay in Madrid and that is very important to. So I expect that he will stay in Madrid and next year they will have better season...

I don't know about this news, as a MU fan I can only be glad if Ramos thinks that way but I don't believe that if there is a serious offer from Man City, Chelsea or other club he wont be interested at all. Although it's more likely his career to continue in Real or United. Will be interesting what will happen with Ramos....

I'm in shock, I didn't like this player and I don't think that he even cost 3.1mil.
