Italian striker Mario Balotelli will not leave Liverpool this summer, at least that's what his agent Mino Raiola says. Balotelli joined the Reds from AC Milan last summer for 16 million pounds but only managed to score a single Premier League goal this season.
Reports claim that the club might want to get rid of the 24-year-old problematic striker. When asked if Balotelli would leave the Reds this summer, Raiola told Sky Sports: "No. We had talks with Liverpool and he will definitely stay."
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers previously said that Balotelli had to work harder in training and also make an effort to adapt to the club's methods. "I think Mario did adapt," Raiola added. "I can't talk about Brendan Rodgers, obviously that is something for Brendan, but I think Mario did. I have spoken at various times to the club and they were happy with his input and professionalism. Obviously we have to improve the performance but I am really confident that will happen this year."
Manager Brendan Rodgers might leave the club before Balotelli does, you can bet on whether he will remain in charge at William Hill. Here are the odds:
Still Manager 1st Day of 15/16 Premier League - 1.50 No longer Manager on 1st Day of 15/16 Premier League - 2.50

I think he's full on himself and has no chance to be a world-class striker. We should forget him. A Serie C team want to sign him and in my opinion that could be the perfect place for this guy. Niklas Bendtner version II. Or Niklas Bendtner is Mario Balotelli version II? I don't know, but no matter.

He is a great talent and it's the truth, but I do not know why it still does not show. I think he needs to stay in Liverpool, at least another year. He plays the best when he is a major player, as Ibrahimovic. they should give him the last chance. But I think he will play better next season.

I don't like him as a player and I don't like him as a person. Now that is a overrated player. There was a times when some clubs in Europe were ready to spent 20-30 million euros for him and one or two of them in fact did it :D If I'm not mistaken he scored two goals this season for Liverpool and one of them was 2 feet...

So you don't have to be a mathematician to calculate that two goals doesn't cost 20 mil. Or maybe that are two way expensive goals!?

Mario Balotelli in my opinion is a great talent and very good player. The only thing that is not letting him to show all that he knows is his attitude. He is so not serious when it comes to football, and he always make some "stupid" things. Also, maybe the bigger problem, is that he is doing this things in and out of pitch....

I don't see that there is a manager that can "change" him, so I'm not so sure if Liverpool, or any other team, needs a player like him.

One of the biggest overrated players in history of football. No doubt he is talented, but not even close as people showcase him. He is overpaid, non adult who's biggest worries are to post a picture on instagram. He doesn't care about a club where he plays at, he only wants to party. I know that Liverpool was despirate...

He is overpaid, non adult who's biggest worries are to post a picture on instagram. He doesn't care about a club where he plays at, he only wants to party. I know that Liverpool was despirate to find striker last summers transfer window, but they couldn't have chosen more wrong. He is one of the players that interfires atmosphere in lockroom, and for that Liverpool should get rid of him.
