Back International Friendly: Brazil beat France 3-1 in Paris

Brazil clinched their seventh consecutive victory since their 2014 World Cup humiliation as they fought back to beat France in Paris. Raphael Varane had put the home side ahead with a corner-kick header but Oscar netted the equalizer five minutes before half time. Neymar put Brazil ahead in the second half before Luiz Gustavo set the final score with a header. The result maintains Carlos Dunga's 100% record in his second spell as Brazil head coach after the Selecao were thrashed 7-1 by Germany in the World Cup semi final.

Varane's goal was only the second Brazil had conceded in the seven games under Carlos Dunga and they did have some defending to do in the second half after Neymar's goal. Mamadou Sakho, Moussa Sissoko and Antoine Griezmann were denied by saves from goalkeeper Jefferson, while Karim Benzema put a good chance over the crossbar.

It was the first defeat for France in seven games since their World Cup quarter-final loss to Germany. The score could have been bigger but Willian's good low shot was saved by Mandanda. Brazil continue their European trip on Sunday when they face Chile in London, a side that has just suffered a surprising 2-0 friendly defeat against Iran.

Brazil are 7/1 at Bet365 to win the 2018 World Cup in Russia while France are 11/1 to get their hands on the trophy.
