Leyton Orient Football Club Ends Sponsorship with 666Bet
After the news broke that 666Bet owner, Metro Play's gaming license was suspended by the UK Gambling Commission and Alderney Gambling Control Commission, its sponsorship partner, Leyton Orient Football Club, ended its contract. “Leyton Orient Football Club has terminated their 2014-15 sponsorship deal with 666Bet after the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) temporarily suspended the online gambling license of their licensee Metro Play Limited”, said a statement from the club. The club will soon announce plans for shirt branding for the remainder of the Sky Bet League One season. 666Bet also has sponsorship deals with Leicester City and West Bromwich Albion, which are still active at the moment.
