Tottenham Hotspur will try to keep their Champions League hopes alive when they travel to relegation candidates Queens Park Rangers in this weekend's only Premier League match. Last Sunday Tottenham played the League Cup final but were defeated 2-0 by Chelsea. They have recovered from that disappointment with a 3-2 Premier League win over Swansea on Wednesday, a result which ended a five-match winless run in all competitions.
Tottenham are currently six points away from the Champions League spots but they could make up some serious ground if they win their game in hand. QPR also need the three points quite badly but for different reasons. They have dropped into the relegation zone after the 2-1 defeat against Arsenal in midweek.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has no injury concerns ahead of this London derby but some of his players might feel some fatigue after two intense matches in just six days. Paulinho, Mousa Dembele and Erik Lamela might be given chances to play instead of Nabil Bentaleb, Nacer Chadli and Christian Eriksen, who have been in action both against Chelsea and Swansea. Leroy Fer, Adel Taarabt, Alejandro Faurlin, Nedum Onuoha and Richard Dunne are injured for the home side and Joey Barton is suspended.

QPR: Green - Yun, Caulker, Hill, Furlong - Isla, Henry, Kranjcar, Phillips - Zamora, Austin
Tottenham: Lloris - Walker, Dier, Vertonghen, Rose - Mason, Paulinho - Lamela, Dembele, Townsend - Kane

That was great match with a lot of chances for both teams and I think that will be fair if this match ended 2-2. QPR was good as Tottenham but they didn't have luck. But most important thing for QPR is that they play good and if they continue to play like this they don't need to worry about relegation.

It's oblivious that players like Rio Ferdinand and Bobby Zamora are on the end of their carriers and that they are playing without motivation. I was late to bet on Tottenham, and this is sad day for me :)

I predict this one as a tough match , Tottenham is slowly starting to play better but QPR needs points desperately , also does Tottenham for their european ambitions. They will not be an easy opponnent to beat , Charlie Austin is in good shape and i predict that both teams will score in this one . I only hope to see an...

When you see the table in Premier League you'll see that in this match Tottenham are big favorites, but the real situation is not telling that Tottenham are so big favorites. They are fighting for those places that are leading to European competitions for the next season and after their elimination from Fiorentina in Europa...

On the other side QPR are at the bottom and they will have a tough fight till the end of season to stay in Premier League. This match will be an interesting London derby and Tottenham should win, but many times in last couple of years they known to "surprise" us with their results, so we'll see.

The only game from the Premier league schedule today and it is again a London derby. QPR are in very tough situation in the moment in the standing and the have to take something from this game. On the other hand the game is crucial for the Spurs too because of their champions league ambitions. Have to be interesting.
