Back Primera Liga: Real Madrid vs Barcelona El Clasico preview

Uruguay star Luis Suarez could make his long-awaited return to the pitch and Barcelona debut when they travel to Real Madrid for the first El Clasico of the season on Saturday evening. The striker joined Barcelona from Liverpool for 75 million pounds this summer but has not played yet due to a worldwide ban following his bite of Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup.

Barcelona defeated Ajax 3-1 at home in the Champions League this week, with Lionel Messi and Neymar getting on the score sheet. Coach Luis Enrique might choose to field Luis Suarez alongside Messi and Neymar in a stellar attacking line. Messi and Naymar have each scored in all of Barcelona's last five meetings.

Real Madrid also secured an impressive result in the Champions League, 3-0 against Liverpool at Anfield, with Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema scoring. Ronaldo has scored an amazing 20 goals in 15 matches this season but he will face a tough test against unbeaten Barcelona. The Catalans are leading the league table, four points clear of Real Madrid. The visitors will be without Gareth Bale, who will most likely be replaced by Isco. Barcelona won both league matches against their big rivals last season but Carlo Ancelotti's side earned revenge in the Copa del Rey final.

Probable starting line-ups:

Real: Casillas - Carvajal, Pepe, Varane, Marcelo - Kroos, Modric - James, Isco, Ronaldo - Benzema

Barcelona: Bravo - Alves, Pique, Mathieu, Alba - Busquets, Rakitic, Iniesta - Neymar, Messi, Suarez

My prediction: 2-2 draw.

Here are the odds for the big match at Bet365:

Real Madrid win - 11/8 Draw - 11/4 Barcelona win - 2/1
