Everton have produced an impressive display in their opening Europa League match, beating German side Wolfsburg 4-1 at Goodison Park. However, that glorious win was followed by a setback in the Premier League, an unlikely 3-2 home defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace. Now they face a long trip to Russia where they face FC Krasnodar on Thursday evening.
Everton manager Roberto Martinez will probably try to rest some of his first team regulars, thus giving chances to Samuel Eto'o, Darron Gibson or Antolin Alcaraz to feature in the starting eleven. Phil Jagielka and Gareth Barry could be rested, while Steven Pienaar, Kevin Mirallas, Ross Barkley and Seamus Coleman are all injured.
The hosts are expected to start with experienced centre-back Andreas Granqvist, a former Wigan Athletic player. The Toffees faced Russian opposition on just one previous occasion, winning 1-0 against Zenit St Petersburg in 2007. FC Krasnodar got a good result in the opening match, a 1-1 draw with French side Lille on their European debut.

Draw was easily to outcome, since Krasnodar is not so bad. Of course everton as rep of Premier league looked much more decent, but since Everton was played as guest, draw is good prediction. Well done Johnny!

it was tough match for everton and I knew that they wont win here. they had a great start agains wolfsbourg but at home and in cold russia is a different story. Everton is favourite here, they are playing really good football, they showed to us that they mean seriously in this Europa League, in first round they were fantastic, big victory against Wolfsburg, they won 4-1, Krasnodar is currently on one point, I think that they don't have chance against Everton, there is big quality...
