Betfair and Foxy Bingo in new marketing drives A new, seven-figure European campaign has been announced by reputable gambling company Betfair which decided to spice things up in its latest creative and directly name its competitors. The campaign came as the result of work of Betfair's creative team and it involves a provocative strapline: "Don't Settle for Less", which indicates its content that directly compares the company's prices to those of competitors such as William Hill, Ladbrokes, Bet 365 and Paddy Power. According to Peter Marcus, Betfair's UK managing director, "This is a simple campaign delivering the clear fact to both existing and potential customers, that Betfair offers far better value than the other bookmakers." Another company with a new marketing campaign, Foxy Bingo is about to present its latest advert created by The Biscuit Agency. The ad, which is to appear across Facebook, Twitter and television, includes the brand's mascot, Foxy, who promotes Foxy Bingo's free-to-play online games by stripping down to nothing, with the soundtrack “Born Free” and swooning women in bikinis in the background. Finally, a new creative agency is sought for Mandalay Media Group-owned Costa Bingo's GBP1.5 million ad account. The goal is to find an agency that will enable the company to stand out from the crowd.
