Update: Cooperation between Betsson and G.Matica Srl Cancelled

Joint venture talks terminated

According to latest announcements from Swedish gambling firm Betsson, the company’s talks with Italy's Alma Viva gaming division G.Matica Srl about launching a joint venture have been terminated.

The problem seems to be, according to Betsson CEO Pontus Lindwall, that the two companies couldn’t agree on commercial terms. It was also added that Betsson is currently evaluating other options on the Italian market.
