Sex for Worldseries Tickets Trial begins

Susan Finkelstein, the woman who was arrested for trying to trade sex for Phillies vs. Yankees World Series Tickets last October, had her preliminary court date yesterday.

The undercover officer who responded to her racy Craigslist ad made some pretty bold statements in the courtroom. Officer Michael Brady of the Bensalem Police Department (Pennsylvania) told the judge that Finkelstein made crass comments that proved she is a prostitute. He claims she said "I'm a prostitute. I love sex. I'm a whore." He also stated that Finkelstein offered to have sex with both him and his fictional brother in exchange for two tickets.  Brady also said she exposed herself to him during their public meeting and had sent him topless photos beforehand.

Finkelstein, who was not allowed to comment during the proceedings, said later, "It was very hard to hear the untruths that were said about me and my actions without being able to respond."

The district judge, Joe Falcone ruled there was enough evidence to send the case to trial. Trial begins January 5th.

When the case was first exposed, Finkelstein's wish came true when a radio station provided her tickets to one of the games.

Prostitution is NOT legal here in the city limits..alot of people think it is.
Outside city limits i think they don't give a heck.
