The Cleveland Cavaliers had no problem knocking the Detroit Pistons from the playoffs as the won a laugher 99-78 and winning there 1st round series in a sweep 4 games to 0, The Houston Rockets are just 1 game away from moving on to the second round as they rallied to beat Portland 89-88, the Orlando Magic tied there series up with Philadelphia with a 84-81 victory, and in a game i never thought was gonna end the Chicago Bulls also tied there series up with the defending champion Boston Celtics with a 121-118 win in double overtime.
There were only 2 games in the NHL playoffs last night. The Washington Capitals beat the N.Y Rangers 5-3 to force a deceiding game 7, the Carolina Hurricanes also forced a deceiding game 7 as they shut out the New Jerset Devils 4-0.

Odds for tonights playoff games.
NBA playoffs:

Atlanta                Denver                                Utah
 vs                        vs                                      vs
Miami -4.5            New Orleans -3                    L.A Lakers -12

NHL playoffs:

Chicago                                                San Jose
  vs                                                        vs
Calgary -130                                         Anaheim -even

My bets for tonight are the L.A Lakers -12, and the San Jose Sharks-even

thanks for all reports tony. really great to read. i have no clue about NBA this year but NHL is interesting. i dont know what happen to rangers, and Lundqvist, usually one of the best goalies in NHL imo, taken off the ice 2 games in a row. i though rangers and devils would go to next round. would be interesting to hear/read your view about the 7th deciding games. thanks again tony for great reports.
