It is, he said that his shoulder is just fine now after resting for a couple of days. Apparently it was just a problem of fatigue, the muscles just couldn't take it any more.

Appreciate the info Johnny.

I would love to see Novak win this tournament.  What a fantastic achievement it would be.

It was another quiet day for the favourites: Djokovic got his game wrapped up in less then an hour, Nadal won in straight sets while Ferrer and Tsonga also advance to the second round. Youzhny was not so lucky though as he was defeated in straight sets by Gulbis but that isn't a big surprise to be honest.

Andy Murray eased through the first round game and so did Juan Martin Del Potro while Gilles Simon and Andy Roddick needed four sets to pull through. The big surprise of the day was Julien Benneteau, the Frenchman who had a fantastic tournament last week at the Salem Open, as he defeated 10th seed Nicolas Almagro in straight sets! Robin Soderling is another favourite that had to leave the tournament but that was because of an injury, he was replaced by another player.

Rafael Nadal eased through to the next round, as expected, and so did David Ferrer who defeated James Blake in straight sets. The same can not be said about Andy Murray who had a very difficult match against Robin Haase. The underdog took the first two sets but then Murray rallied and won three sets in a row to avoid the upset.

Looks like they don't know who will win this match:

John Isner v Gilles Simon
 John Isner   -115

Who do you think will win Johnny?

We got a Serbian Derby Djokovic v Tipsarevic in quarter finals.

I hope Nole would win as he is the first favourite to win the Open.

I hope Nole wins too.  I think he deserves it after losing because of his injury and he has the stamina, strength and ability to win too.
